PROJECT APPROACH

  1. Choice of material : We select, in close collaboration with our partners and your needs, the appropriate vision equipment (cameras, lighting, image processing software, etc.)

  2. Mechanical integration : Once the material has been selected, we ensure the mechanical integration by following recommendations (optimal working distance between the camera and the object to be inspected, viewing angles, mounting supports, lighting requirements to ensure quality optimal image, etc.)

  3. Configuration and programming : Once the hardware is installed, it is configured and programmed to meet your needs. We define the appropriate image processing algorithms by optimizing the settings to achieve the desired results. We also establish the link with automatons and robots.
